      - Deceased was withdrawing timber from underneath a back ripping prior to getting down the stone. He had withdrawn he first prop under the ripping edge and was proceeding to draw a second prop 4 feet away. Whilst knocking out this prop, the ripping, for a length of 15 feet, width 8 feet, and thickness of 1 foot, came down and partially buried him. The stone drew out a third prop in falling.
