Details of Event

Wooten went a short distance up the endless rope engine dip to attend to an empty tub which had become unclipped. They stopped the rope moved the empty tub on to the full line and reclipped it. Wooten signalled the rope to start before he was out of the dip. The same tub got loose again ran back and caught him. The clip was said to be in good order and continued to work not being kept separate for examination.
