He was attempting to get a broken lashing chain off a set of two full tubs and, whilst doing so, the front tub ran off the road into a prop and the back tub was drawn up against it. The rope, which was a new one, twisted, and deceased's arm was caught between the rope and the chain and he was drawn with the tub against the roof and crushed to death.
