Details of Event

Fall of coal from the face injured the lad as he was filling a box of coal in front of it. There had been two sprags against the face, one was knocked out and coal got down, but this piece of coal (a ton or so) with a loose end, and a break at the back, was left supported by only one sprag, which apparently was crushed out.
