On road. Deceased was taking a tram filled with cog wood towards the faces, when it got off the rails, struck out a prop which had been set under the collar of a pair of timbers, one arm of which was broken, and caused the pair of timbers to fall. About two tons of rubbish fell on deceased and killed him. Four feet Seam.
