As deceased was barring a piece of limestone 6ft. by 2ft. by 9ins. thick off its bed, it tumbled towards him, and forced the bar against his leg and fractured it, and bruised his pelvis. It had fallen 4 ft and had turned completely over. He died from shock on 5th December.
