A train of 24 full tubs was being drawn by a rope out of a slant roadway and when the last tub reached the points the draw-bar on the eighth tub from the back broke and allowed seven tubs to run back to where deceased and three other stallmen were waiting for empty tubs. The tubs ran upon deceased and fatally injured him.
