Fall of roof coal on a road 4.5ft. wide in Cockshead seam when a goth occurred as he and another man were going to work. The fall was 7yds. long by 18ins. thick. The roof coal had been taken down on both sides of the fall and the roof barred. The other man was slightly injured.
