Inspection made and inquest attended. He was standing watching the proper lasher-on liberate the full tubs off haulage rope which when liberated ran down a small incline. The lasher-on on stated he shouted to deceased to stand out of the way as there plenty of room but he got caught by the running tubs and was fatally injured.
