Deceased had been working single in a heading, and was found dead under a large stone, by the deputy. The stone weighing about 14 ton, had rolled out some single props. The roof was not a good one, and the deputy should have set sets of gears, instead of single props. The accident would probably have been prevented if proper precautions had been taken.
