Details of Event

Deceased and another shifter took refuge under a top caunch in the Low Main seam while a shot was being fired. When returning to their work a large stone fell from the caunch pinning deceased to the ground and knocking the other shifter down. There had been a shot fired at the point almost three hours before the accident. The fall swung out a prop. The place had been properly inspected.
